Refund policy

For the health and safety of all our customers, all sales are final. As jewelry is a personal hygiene item we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However if your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. Valid claims will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit. In some cases the original item may need to be returned before a replacement is made.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, improper care, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with your order.
